The ICT cheque is a financial aid to support Guadeloupean micro-enterprises and SMEs less than one year old in their digital transition. This assistance is in the form of a grant of up to €10,000, co-financed by the ERDF.

Online presence and security services are supported at 80%, while digital business transition services are supported at 40%. To apply for this support, you should:

 Turn to the regional help portal or ASP’s one-stop shop for ICT cheque applications.
– Contact the Guadeloupe Region for more information (phone: 0590 38 76 47; email: chequeTIC@cr-guadeloupe.fr).

Documents to be provided include:

  • A letter requesting assistance to the President of the Guadeloupe Regional Council
  • A project note (maximum 3 pages)
  • A certificate of tax and social regularity
  • The service quotes
  • Proof of self-financing by the company representative
  • The company’s articles of association
  • A recent K-bis extract or trade directory entry
  • A RIB
  • A copy of the company representative’s identification document
  • An affidavit specifying the public aid received and requested during the last 3 years
